Application Fee:

· There is a $75 application fee per applicant. This fee is non-refundable.  All over 18 years of age living in the apartment must apply. Check with the sales office before applying for up-to-date availability.

· Applicant must be 18 years old.

· A criminal background check and credit background check will be run on each applicant by a third-party contractor.

· Applicants should visit the property in person before applying to the property. 

Income:

Total monthly household income must be at least 3 times the amount of the monthly apartment rent. Proof of income will be submitted to a third-party contractor after your application is complete. The management office will contact you with information on how to submit. Income documentation will only be accepted in the following forms:

· Two most recent pay stubs

· W-2

· 1040 Form

· Bank Statements accompanied by verified tax return documents

· Government notarized letter confirming pension, social security or other government assistance programs.

Identification:

ID is required for every applicant. The management office will contact you with instructions. ID’s accepted are:

· Driver’s license-US, Mexican and Canadian.

· Passport- US and International

Pets:

Review our pet policy before starting your application. One dog or cat per unit. Dog breed restrictions apply. Pet fee and monthly fees apply. Call for more information.

Occupancy:

The maximum number of persons in a one (1) bedroom is two (2). In a two (2) bedroom, four (4) persons are allowed. Exceptions for the two (2) bedroom units include one (1) additional child under the age of two.
